• Purchase of “Gift a Researcher” is towards a single filmed interview no longer than 20 minutes either captured by People Filmed or uploaded to our production partner directly, referred to as “raw media”.
• Researchers can be in one of the categories of, basic and discovery science, clinical research, health system and population health studies
• Once purchased the raw media needs to be received within 12 months otherwise the purchase amount will be forfeited and the amount collected retained by People Filmed.
• No references in the recording can include a named therapeutic product, nor forward looking statements.
• Raw media will be used by People Filmed to produce and release on the Bench Side Story publishing platform on social media channels, which as of May 2026 are YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, BlueSky and https://benchsidestory.com 
• Once published the purchaser and researcher will be sent links via email for each of the channels where the final produced interview has been released. 
• The name and email address for the researcher gifted will be used to contact the researcher. If no response is received a second email will be sent. If after the second response there is still no replied email from the researcher, the purchaser will be contact and asked to make contact or regift the purchase to an alternative researcher. If the second nominated researcher fails to respond, the purchase amount will be forfeited and retained by People Filmed.
